The following applies in cases where the transaction is considered a “remote sale” under the Consumer Protection Law.<\/span>

\n<\/span>You may cancel a purchase made on the website by submitting a written request via email or by phone within 14 days from the date of purchase or from the date of receiving the goods, whichever is later.<\/span>
\n<\/span>This cancellation option applies only if the item\u2019s price exceeds 50 NIS, and the product is returned to the store unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.<\/span>The purchaser must return the goods to the Israel Museum Store. Once the items are received at the store, the cancellation will be processed.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>A purchaser who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen (65+), or a new immigrant is entitled to cancel the transaction within 4 months, provided the transaction included a conversation between the business and the consumer, including electronic communications.<\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>In the case of a cancellation of a sale under the Consumer Protection Law, a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will apply, unless the cancellation is due to a product defect, discrepancy from the description, or failure to deliver the goods.<\/span>
