Shipping and Returns Policy

The following applies in cases where the transaction is considered a “remote sale” under the Consumer Protection Law.

You may cancel a purchase made on the website by submitting a written request via email or by phone within 14 days from the date of purchase or from the date of receiving the goods, whichever is later.
This cancellation option applies only if the item’s price exceeds 50 NIS, and the product is returned to the store unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.The purchaser must return the goods to the Israel Museum Store. Once the items are received at the store, the cancellation will be processed.

A purchaser who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen (65+), or a new immigrant is entitled to cancel the transaction within 4 months, provided the transaction included a conversation between the business and the consumer, including electronic communications.

In the case of a cancellation of a sale under the Consumer Protection Law, a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will apply, unless the cancellation is due to a product defect, discrepancy from the description, or failure to deliver the goods.
